Course Description:
Ready to dive into the world of the Begena? Our Beginner Class is the perfect starting point. You'll learn the basics, like fundamental finger movements and how to tune your instrument, all while getting a feel for this ancient Ethiopian treasure. By the end, you’ll be playing Level 1 and Level 2 mezmurs with confidence and handling up to six strings at a time like a pro. We’ll keep it simple and fun, so you can enjoy every step of the journey.
